Tips for launching your new WordPress/WooCommerce website late & over budget ðŸ˜
As a web developer, and WordPress specialist who loves my job, i thought it would be safe to assume that everyone involved in the launch process for someones beautiful new project would also… love their job… WRONG!!
So, the reason i’m writing this is to highlight some of the avoidable human and general pitfalls of launching a new e-Commerce business (my specialty) for business owners who simply want to get a great product/service to market and want an engaging, well-performing and widely functioning website.
This article is for people who have decided that a DIY approach using no-code tools such as Wix doesn’t suit their needs (loss in sales from poor SEO, limiting features & customisability, difficult to migrate away from their hosting, scale up etc), but a typical web agency (with the benefit of project management, but the downside of potentially bland results, long lead times etc) isn’t for them.
